Reiki Explained
What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki is a Japanese practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1920s. The word joins rei (universal) and ki (life energy). In the Reiki tradition, the practitioner acts as a channel for this energy, and the aim is to help you settle out of stress and into rest.
There is no massage or medication involved. With Srilatha, every session is distance Reiki, done online: you rest at home at the agreed time while she does the healing. Clients often tell her they feel relaxed afterwards. Some notice warmth or tingling, and some simply fall asleep.

Srilatha tells you the price and how many sessions she suggests, and you agree dates and times together. You are under no obligation to book.

Srilatha Performs the Reiki
At the agreed time, Srilatha does the distance Reiki, working through the chakras and keeping in mind what you talked about.

Sharing the Results
Afterwards, Srilatha tells you what she noticed during the session and anything she suggests next.

Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No. Reiki is not a religion and has no set beliefs. People of all faiths receive it. You only need to be willing to sit or lie quietly and relax during the session.
Is Reiki a replacement for medical or psychological treatment?
No. Reiki is a complementary practice for relaxation and well-being, not a medical treatment. Srilatha does not perform Reiki for medical reasons or to treat any medical condition. Please continue any treatment prescribed by your doctor.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your request and is discussed with you during the initial consultation.
How much does a Reiki session cost in Hyderabad?
Sessions start from ₹500 and the price is negotiable, depending on the session. Srilatha will tell you the price during the free consultation, and there is no obligation to book.
